Based on https://2.bp.blogspot.com/-sosGLSNp2J8/UsKNdyFG24I/AAAAAAAAIJM/k68GhCeZfPo/s1600/8.jpg, the "Arab Nationalist Guard" (Arabic: الحرس القومي العربي‎) is a secular volunteer militia operating in Syria in support of Pres. Bashar al-Assad.; c. 2012.

The flag is black with overlapping red and green crescents facing opposite directions and Arabic letters inside.
